I also have the problem on my cell phone, where I use Chrome but not Windows android. I tried accessing my bank, which is also a secure site, and this works fine, so maybe the problem is with mypennmedicine? I contacted the mypennmedicine tech support website. They have not received complaints from anybody else, but I did try the Edge browser, and that works fine.
