I have both the folders in the root C: drive and they are both extracted.
Mega wasn’t downloading empty sub folders. Compared what was on Mega to what I had and created any of the empty folders and it looks like it worked.

Currently at step 16 trying to select default folders for NCSExpert.. Link is fixed and shouldn’t contain empty folders, so you should get a complete download.
